Within Event Engine you have the ability to build up forms for lead capture, this could be through a contact form etc.
You can create forms via the administrator area and selecting ‘Forms’.
This will display a screen with any existing forms that you may have and a ‘Add New’ button available.
You can create a new form by either clicking this option on the ‘New Form’ option that appears in the side navigation. They will both take you to the same screen for you to build up your form.
You will see the below popup configuration panel before you can start adding fields to your form.
Once you have added in your title and description and selected the ‘Create Form’ button you will be taken to a new screen where you can start building up your form.
